PHM Issue 12 revisits the Frozen Wastes and looks at the deceptively peaceful and verdant Gardens of the Rising Sun. An emerald jewel of riotous life inthe middle of a desolate landscape, the hex is kept warm by a permanent portal to the Court of Summer. Many a weary traveler has mistaken the greenery for safety, but it is just as deadly as the surrounding snowfields as the court uses the area as a hunting preserve.
