PHM 20 -- The Three Sisters

Issue 20 of Populated Hexes Monthly takes a final look at expanded naval rules for OSE and other OSR systems, with a look at how to incorporate naval rules in abstracted mass combat. It also looks at an abandoned island at the far west of the Thalassocracy of Terbur, and a hex inhabited by a harpies.
